Order Entry... Clients have the option of having us design an order taking web script or access their own web site to take orders. Our system allows us to program accounts to enable operators to select items plus colors, style, size, etc. It calculates shipping & handling charges, taxes, does credit card authorization, and provides us with caller ID.

Appointment Taking... Enables us to set, edit and manage appointments and schedules for clients. This program allows us to search for available times as well as preferred doctors or counselors. Verification of the appointments is available to clients through e-mail or fax. Class Registration... Callers can register for classes, workshops, seminars, and other such activities. They can select from a list of available events & our system maintains the registration status for each event.

Help Desk... With information that is provided, we can assist callers in getting the information they need or in solving complex problems. Our operators are able to essentially guide the caller through solving a problem by following a script that the client has laid out for them. Information Requests... This enables operators to fulfill requests from callers for specific information and material. With a powerful database lookup capability, we can find the appropriate information to fulfill the request.

Location Referrals... Our system identifies with ease the dealer, store, or geographic location closest to a caller using the caller's postal code or telephone number as its search parameter. Locations can be grouped, and search parameters can be narrowed or broadened as needed.
