Answering Service... Each account is custom designed to meet each client's requirements. With the latest technology available, our 24 hour call center is staffed with trained professional individuals who understand your business profile. Operators are able to obtain information from your customers or potential customers and in turn dispatch information to you or your employees.

Dispatching can easily be transmitted via pagers, cell phones, radio, fax, e-mail or by voice mail, depending on client's instructions. Our Ultra-Comm System allows us to efficiently deliver messages by fax or e-mail. Accounts can be programmed to send messages immediately, at prearranged times, or on demand.

The Enhanced Auto Answer feature on the Infinity system provides our clients the opportunity to customize their own personal greeting. There is no reason to have a computerized voice answering client's calls.

Network Archival... This feature enables us to archive client's messages for retrieval at a later time. Messages are retained on our system for seven days after which time they are purged and transferred to the archives.

Caller ID... This feature allows the operator to identify the caller's inbound phone number. This gives the client an additional resource for possible call backs.

On Call Scheduler... Many clients have rotating on call persons handling their after hour emergencies. This feature allows us to enter one or several on call persons into the scheduler on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis. This information is immediately accessible to the operator when a call comes in.
